Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans garbanzo beans
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Twist

  • 1 pinch Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Rinse 2 cans of organic garbanzo beans under cool water in a strainer.
  • Set aside a 1/4 cup of garbanzo beans, for garnish.
  • Add the remaining garbanzo beans and garlic in blender and mix until smooth.
  • While chick peas continue to mix, add tahini, juice from lemon, salt, and ice cubes in the blender or food processor for 3-4 minutes.
  • Blend ingredients to desired thickness. Add cold water if needed to adjust creaminess.
  • Pour hummus into serving bowl. Swirl with a spoon.
  • Garnish with garbanzo beans, olive oil, and mint leaves.
