Instructions
For the dressing, mix olive oil, lemon, raspberry vinegar, salt, and sumac (optional) in a small bowl and whisk.
In a large bowl, add halved cherry tomatoes, diced onions, chopped basil, fresh mozzarella and chickpeas.
Add dressing on top and mix when ready to serve.
