Mediterranean Style Chimichurri Sauce
Mediterranean variation of the traditional chimichurri sauce. Chimichurri is a special sauce of Argentine origin, used as a topping for grilled meats. This delicious variation can be topped on chicken kebabs, kefta, kobee and roasted vegetables.

Step 1 Combine red onions, jalapeños, garlic, vinegar, and 1 tsp. salt in a medium bowl. Let sit 15 minutes.
Step 2 Stir in finely chopped parsley, cilantro, and mint. Using a fork, add in olive oil and whisk until blended. Cover in airtight container and chill at least 3 hours or up to overnight.
