Smooth and Creamy Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 cans garbanzo beans
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Twist
- 1 pinch Cumin
Instructions
- Rinse 2 cans of organic garbanzo beans under cool water in a strainer.
- Set aside a 1/4 cup of garbanzo beans, for garnish.
- Add the remaining garbanzo beans and garlic in blender and mix until smooth.
- While chick peas continue to mix, add tahini, juice from lemon, salt, and ice cubes in the blender or food processor for 3-4 minutes.
- Blend ingredients to desired thickness. Add cold water if needed to adjust creaminess.
- Pour hummus into serving bowl. Swirl with a spoon.
- Garnish with garbanzo beans, olive oil, and mint leaves.
