Nutty Berry Smoothie
Here is a simple smoothie recipe that's not only sweet and filling, but full of nutritious yumminess! Smoothies are our easy go-to recipes for lunch or as a midday snack for the kids! It is made with bananas which are high in potassium and vitamins, berries, spinach, almond milk, almond butter (to give it an extra sweet kick!), and a twist of cinnamon for a perfect taste combination.
note: For substitutions, you can use another plant based milk, dairy whole milk (instead of almond milk), and peanut butter or sunflower butter (instead of almond butter).
Pro Tip: 1/2 Avocado makes this smoothie rich and creamy!

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blue berries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla almond butter
- 1 green apple
- 1 cup organic spinach
Twist
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
HOW TO MAKE NUTTY BERRY SMOOTHIE
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender in order of the ingredients list
- Blend the ingredients in a vitamix or a high speed blender for approximately 2 minutes.
- Taste the smoothie mixture, and add more almond milk or more Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter for more sweetness. You can also add a few ice cubes in the blender and serve cold immediately.
